Oh Flinty....this brought tears to my eyes....good happy tears. Dad would be so pleased to see this wonderful BP reading and so am I:) He was such a health nut. Lifting weights and swimming x3 a week and playing golf the other days. He was so strong and healthy. A lovely man. I know you would have liked him and he you. You shared many qualities and values. The way you write about your experiences and the places you have been and about your town...Dad used to tell me stories about the town we live in. Just like that.
This picture mean more to me than I can express. I can't explain it but it just really touches me. I can't think of a better gift than one that enables a person to help themselves keep healthy and I know Dad would agree with me. Thank you my dear friend.
